Wedding dresses change so much from year to year, but we are loving this year’s trends, some are shocking, but we are definitely loving them!
1. Meghan Markle Vibes
The Royal Wedding really is making its mark in this year’s wedding dress trends. Meghan Markle’s dress was absolutely stunning, fresh and clean! We have been seeing a lot of this minimalistic/simplistic style rocked by countless brides and we are really living for it.
2. Plunging Necklines
Plunging necklines are making their way into the wedding dress fashion. If it’s done right, it can look absolutely amazing! It’s a way for brides to be daring on their wedding day and show a little more than expected.
Okay, this one is totally something different that we haven’t seen before but are totally digging! Jumpsuits have made a comeback in day to day fashion and is now making its way into the wedding scene. We love it! It’s perfect for your rehearsal dinner or even to change into after your wedding ceremony if you want to be a little more comfortable. Jumpsuits can be sooo fun and classy at the same time. How do you guys feel about the jumpsuit trend?
Crop tops have been on trend for a few years now. Prom dresses really took advantage of this trend in the past 3 years, but we are finally seeing it make its way into the wedding attire and we love it. Getting a crop top that sits right at your natural waist and having the skirt portion meet right in the spot makes your waist look so tiny. Who doesn’t love that? Also, by having a top and bottom it gives you the option to mix a fun and different top with a clean and minimalistic bottom.
Everyone loves to sparkle and shine so why not do that with your wedding dress? How often do you get to be decked out in sparkles? It’s a really great way to make a statement on your day and not have to worry about jewelry so you can cut a cost there!
Hi guys! Most of Bella Vue Events’ blogs will be written in the voice of both of us, Elyse and Emily, when we are sharing tips, tricks, trends and other topics. Sometimes we will share something that is more personal to one of us and that will be written in a more specific voice, rather than the more neutral tone we typically use. This past weekend, we took part in an event called “Love Your Belly” to honor pregnancy and motherhood. I attended the event as a guest last year and knew that Bella Vue Events had to take part in the event this year and not just to grow our business but because of the cause.

Bella Vue Events had the honor to plan Isabella’s first birthday party. When you are the company’s namesake and sweetest girl around, no details were missed for her special day! Isabella’s “Over the Rainbow” party was sprinkled with unicorns, rainbows and all things magical.
