Easter is right around the corner-it’s this weekend! If you need some help with fun, cute and affordable ideas we have your back!
1. Burlap Easter banners!
You can hang these anywhere, whether that be on a wall in the dining room or on the mantel, a banner can really add an extra touch to the room. 2. Floral Arrangements
Trader Joes always has great arrangement for super reasonable and they last forever! I’ve had a bouquet sitting on my dining room table for about 2 weeks now and they are starting to look rough but 90% of the flowers still look great. Tulips are perfect for Easter! They are fun and just scream SPRING, which we could really use right now with the SNOW!
If you need something fun to occupy the kids, why not color eggs? As long as you have an adult or teenage willing to supervise, this can be a great way for the kids to be a creative and distract them from everything else going on. Hard boiling eggs is super easy and only takes about 7 minutes. The kits are cheap too! We found this one on amazon that looks like it could be soo much fun. 4. Table runners
Table runners can completely change the look of your main table and make it look more put together. You can use it longer than just on Easter, you could leave it out for all of spring. This one from Target is really cute, so springy and relatively affordable!
5. Rice crispy Easter eggs
Making rice crispy treats is super simple and they even have the recipe on the box! Instead of making them in a cookie sheet, you can mold them into eggs shapes, cover half of them in chocolate and you could put spring colored sprinkles on the bottom! If you don’t want to dip them in chocolate you could dye the rice crispies to make them to make spring colored eggs!

Sometimes we will share something that is more personal to one of us and that will be written in a more specific voice, rather than the more neutral tone we typically use. We’ve both always felt a calling to make a real difference and we hope to do just that with Bella Vue Events, by reducing our clients’ stress through our event planning services and by offering a safe place to talk about the tough things. I, Elyse, will go first.
This past weekend, we took part in an event called “Love Your Belly” to honor pregnancy and motherhood. I attended the event as a guest last year and knew that Bella Vue Events had to take part in the event this year and not just to grow our business but because of the cause.

We loved hosting and planning Unwind, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the turnout! The location and the drinks were great! Splash was such a fun location. Thank you to all the small businesses that came and put together raffle prizes.
Bella Vue Events had the honor to plan Isabella’s first birthday party. When you are the company’s namesake and sweetest girl around, no details were missed for her special day! Isabella’s “Over the Rainbow” party was sprinkled with unicorns, rainbows and all things magical.
